Greetings from Alive Surfing!

We offer private and small group surfing lessons year round for both for youth and adults. NO ONE is too old or too young to learn how to surf (as long as they are willing to try)!

We believe in quality over quantity, so all lessons are taught by the OWNERS, not hired help.  We truly enjoy teaching the sport of surfing to people of all ages!  Our extensive surfing and teaching experience set us apart from all other surf instruction companies, locally, and worldwide.

The proceeds from this business support our work with disadvantaged youth from the Los Angeles area, and especially orphans and families in poverty stricken areas on the Mexico/Guatemala border in Central America.  Please read the "About Us" section for more info.
